What colors does the Whizzinator Touch come in?
The Whizzinator Touch comes in five different colors: white, tan, latino, brown, and black.
How big is the prosthetic?
The prosthetic is 3 ½” in length. All prosthetics are the same size, we don’t sell any extension to enlarge nor provide any smaller size.
What size waistband does The Whizzinator Touch fit?
The Whizzinator fits up to a 52” size waistband, but an extension can be requested for free. To obtain the extension, please call our customer service: 888 895 7016. Our customer service is opened from 9 am till 5 pm PT Monday through Friday. Please provide your order number and ask for the waistband extension.
Do you have a female Whizzinator?
We do not have a female Whizzinator, but the Whizz Kit, Lil Whizz kit, and Golden Flask are unisex devices that can be used by any gender. Both the Whizz Kit and the Lil Whizz are designed to go around your waist, while the Golden Flask can fit into pockets, purses, or bags.
How much fluid does the Whizzinator hold?
The vinyl bag holds over 3 oz of fluid. We do not recommend putting more than 4 oz.
How do you clean your Whizzinator? (Link to new Whizzinator Cleanse product here)
Use the Whizzinator cleaning solution to clean your Whizzinator or Whizz Kit.
Where can I find Whizzinator Instructions? (Link to video)
You can watch our tutorial video or follow the next steps:
- Use the syringe that comes with your Whizzinator Touch to measure 90ml of bottled water into a cup.
- Add the Golden Shower to the cup of bottled water.
- Stir the mixture until it is completely dissolved.
- Use the syringe to extract the mixture and inject it into the Whizzinator through the refill port.
- Open one heat pad and shake it. Once you have the heat pad ready apply it to the side of the vinyl bag opposite to the temperature strip.
- Wear the belt around your waist, make sure the temperature strip is touching your skin.
- Wait 40 minutes or until the temperature reads between 98-102°F.
- When you are ready to use the product pull up on the white switch that is located at the base of the prosthetic and then squeeze the tip for the liquid to flow.
Does the Whizzinator have metal in it?
No, all our synthetic urine kits are metal-free.

Is the Whizz Kit a refillable product?
Yes, the Whizz Kit is a refillable product. Once purchased you can buy Golden Showers to refill the bag.

The Lil Whizz Kit is not a reusable product and is meant to be discarded after use.
ALS - Golden Shower FAQ’s
How much fluid does the Golden shower make?
The Golden Shower synthetic urine makes just over 3 oz of synthetic urine.
How long does the urine last?
In powder form, The Golden Shower will last a year from the date of purchase. Please make sure that you do not open the vial unless you are ready to use it.
Once I mix the Golden Shower with water, how long will it last?
You should use the Golden Shower within 12 hours of mixing the powder using distilled or bottled water.
Does ALS synthetic urine contain biocides?
No, none of the ALS urine kits have biocide in them.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an email upon creation of the shipping label, which means your order is getting ready to be shipped.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
YES! Hassle-free returns! Please email lifestylealternative@gmail.com with your name, order #, and reason for exchanging.
If the exchange is due to a packaging error, defect, or manufacturing issue, we will cover the cost to return the item. If not, you just have to cover the shipping and we'll send you out a new item at no extra cost.
*Exchanges must be made within 60 days from the date your item was delivered.
There are NO RETURNS for Customized Items. Those sales are final unless it's a quality issue or incorrectly sent.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
ABSOLUTELY! If you don't love your Shield Republic item, we will refund your money. Refunds must be processed within 60 days of your purchase date. Item must be in the same condition as you received it. If you want to request a refund, please email our customer service email for help processing.
Please include a note as to why the item is being returned along with your order number and name so we can process the refund quickly.
Refunds will take 2-3 business days to process through back to your bank. Once a refund is processed you will receive an email notification.
