What colors does the Whizzinator Touch come in?
The Whizzinator Touch comes in five different colors: white, tan, latino, brown, and black.
How big is the prosthetic?
The prosthetic is 3 ½” in length. All prosthetics are the same size, we don’t sell any extension to enlarge nor provide any smaller size.
What size waistband does The Whizzinator Touch fit?
The Whizzinator fits up to a 52” size waistband, but an extension can be requested for free. To obtain the extension, please call our customer service: 888 895 7016. Our customer service is opened from 9 am till 5 pm PT Monday through Friday. Please provide your order number and ask for the waistband extension.
Do you have a female Whizzinator?
We do not have a female Whizzinator, but the Whizz Kit, Lil Whizz kit, and Golden Flask are unisex devices that can be used by any gender. Both the Whizz Kit and the Lil Whizz are designed to go around your waist, while the Golden Flask can fit into pockets, purses, or bags.
How much fluid does the Whizzinator hold?
The vinyl bag holds over 3 oz of fluid. We do not recommend putting more than 4 oz.

How much fluid does the Golden shower make?
The Golden Shower synthetic urine makes just over 3 oz of synthetic urine.
How long does the urine last?
In powder form, The Golden Shower will last a year from the date of purchase. Please make sure that you do not open the vial unless you are ready to use it.
Once I mix the Golden Shower with water, how long will it last?
You should use the Golden Shower within 12 hours of mixing the powder using distilled or bottled water.
Does ALS synthetic urine contain biocides?
No, none of the ALS urine kits have biocide in them.

YES! Hassle-free returns! Please email lifestylealternative@gmail.com with your name, order #, and reason for exchanging.
If the exchange is due to a packaging error, defect, or manufacturing issue, we will cover the cost to return the item. If not, you just have to cover the shipping and we'll send you out a new item at no extra cost.
*Exchanges must be made within 60 days from the date your item was delivered.
There are NO RETURNS for Customized Items. Those sales are final unless it's a quality issue or incorrectly sent.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
ABSOLUTELY! If you don't love your Shield Republic item, we will refund your money. Refunds must be processed within 60 days of your purchase date. Item must be in the same condition as you received it. If you want to request a refund, please email our customer service email for help processing.
Please include a note as to why the item is being returned along with your order number and name so we can process the refund quickly.
Refunds will take 2-3 business days to process through back to your bank. Once a refund is processed you will receive an email notification.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused Product to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. Returned Products must be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Alternative Lifestyle Systems will inspect the returned Product within 30 days of its receipt. If Alternative Lifestyle Systems determines, in its sole discretion, that the returned Product has been used in any way Alternative Lifestyle Systems will not issue a refund and the Product will be shipped back to you at your cost. If Alternative Lifestyle Systems determines, in its sole discretion, that the returned Product has not been used and the original packaging and documentation have been returned, Alternative Lifestyle Systems will issue a refund, less the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the Product.
Please note: Products will only be accepted for return if they are shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise. The Product is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
