Orders placed Monday thru Friday before 4:00 pm PST will be shipped out the same day.
Orders placed using USPS Priority mail will generally see their package within 3 to 5 business days.
Orders placed using FedEx One Rate® will generally see their package within 1-3 business days delivered by 8pm.
Orders placed using FedEx 2nd Day Air will be received by 7pm on the 2nd business day.
Orders placed using FedEx Overnight will receive their package the next business day.
Saturday delivery is available for orders placed on Friday by calling 888-895-7016.
“Business Days” are Monday through Friday.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused Product to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.
Returned Products must be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Alternative Lifestyle Systems will inspect the returned Product within 30 days of its receipt.
If Alternative Lifestyle Systems determines, in its sole discretion, that the returned Product has been used in any way Alternative Lifestyle Systems will not issue a refund and the Product will be shipped back to you at your cost.
If Alternative Lifestyle Systems determines, in its sole discretion, that the returned Product has not been used and the original packaging and documentation have been returned, Alternative Lifestyle Systems will issue a refund, less the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the Product.
Please note: Products will only be accepted for return if they are shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise. The Product is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
